This drawing is about union of opposites. The black Jaguar from the south, and the white Ptarmigans from the north. One is predator, and the other is prey. My exploration in drawing this is seeing the ways of what seems unconnected or unrelated is actually always in connection. I drew the Jaguar eyes in the Ptarmigans (ground nesting bird that matches its snowy environment) to show even though these animals are from entirely different ecosystems, climate, and live entirely different lives they are still linked.
